The room met needs well, spotless and reasonably large. the staff members were decent and best. - There was a lot of food for breakfast, it was amazing. - the location was excellent for me, in the middle of Jackson. - It was really close to restaurants, Via Francigena, and the center.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining area, were beautifully decorated and added to the overall charm of the hotel. As a senior, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were wide enough for me to navigate easily with my cane and the elevators were spacious and reliable.

I would have appreciated a more attentive staff. The children working there seemed a bit disinterested and were not very helpful during my stay.

Had a blast pretending to be an opera diva in Verdi's homeland. Lovely city center stroll. Yummy breakfast. Cons: Really missed hearing the market being set up in the mornings. So disappointing.

Their restaurant had delicious food, my partner keeps raving about the local specialty. The location was perfect for us as it was close to a train station and we could easily explore the town. We loved the vintage ambiance of the hotel that gave it a homely feel. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

The only downside we experienced was the cramped bedroom. It was great that it was well-kept and tidy, but it was quite small and barely accommodated our belongings.
